 Marcus
Brooks graduated with his Bachelor’s of Music in Trumpet Performance from the
School of Music at Middle Tennessee State University. During his undergraduate
studies, Marcus had the great privilege of performing with groups such as the
New York String Orchestra, Huntsville Symphony Orchestra, Bowling Green Chamber
Orchestra, and the Murfreesboro Symphony Orchestra. He also maintained an
active role in Nashville’s commercial music scene and toured locally and abroad
with the MTSU Wind Ensemble. Marcus also participated in the Sewanee Summer
Music Festival for four seasons.In
addition to playing trumpet, Marcus enjoys long walks with his dog Chance and
spending time with his girlfriend Ana.
